We visit, ask about your customers and how they find you, and agree what the site has to do. You get a fixed price and a timeline in writing.
Week one to two
We plan every page and write or edit the words with you. You see the structure before a single colour is chosen.
Week two to three
The full design for phone and desktop, using your photographs and brand. Two rounds of changes are included.
Week three onwards
We build it by hand, test it on real phones and slow connections, and give you a private link to try everything.
Go-live day
We put it live, check it with search engines and train you in person. Then the first month of changes is on us.

Yes. Once the final invoice is paid the design, the code and the content are yours. If you ever move to someone else, we hand everything over.
Yes. Every site comes with a simple editor for your text, photos, opening hours and news, and we train you on it in person at launch.
We can redesign it, move your existing content across and keep your search rankings by redirecting the old addresses to the new pages.
No. You can host the site yourself and call us when you need something. Most clients choose a plan so updates, backups and small changes are simply handled.
Half when we start and half when the site goes live. Care plans are billed monthly and you can cancel with a month's notice.
Yes. We support clients anywhere on the island and will come to you for meetings, photographs and training.
